So who's got one on order? Anyone?
Here's a video of The Beast at Goodwood festival of speed.

If you haven't already, follow the link to see images of the production bike. Obviously lose the Stars and Stripes, chuck an Akrapovic muffler on it and you've got a bike very similar to the prototype. Judging by the performance of the 1190 Adventure, an easy 160hp + is on the cards. I'm going to go find me some Ducatis to murder when this thing gets here

And of course why has no one put the original Beast Released video up yet.

I have a Lotto ticket .........
Who imports KTM....probably the same ones who import Triumph, Aprilia ..........
As I tell everyone, an 1190 Adventure T handles every bit as well, if not better than the old SM-T, has shitloads better fuel economy, is more refined, heaps faster and infinitely more comfortable. AND if you point it down a gravel road it doesn't behave like it's on roller skates.

AllanB go wash your mouth with petrol , KTM in NZ have always been a stand alone company go back to the days of Minotaur Imports in the late 70's and early 80's. KTM NZ is now owned in part by KTM Auss and KTM AG in Austria .
Bawahahaha. Good to know re KTM importers - I'd love one of em nakeds, but have to sell a kidney to cover it so after sale support is important!
Looks sweet. Has the potential to blow all the other nakeds away.
Any ideal Jimmy when said Beast might reach our sunny and still shores
Happiness is a means of travel, not a destination
Stumbled onto this new clip (24/08/2013) of what appears to be the new 1290R Duke dishing it out to a BMW S1000R. The Beemer rider isn't a slug either, but holy shit for a fully naked bike to hang in on the straights with the top of the superbikes is unheard of. Then the KTM wins it in the bends.
Hard to get a decent look at the Duke except at 3.50s and the closing seconds.
