I'll hopefully have the 100 sorted for next Kaitoke on the 16th. I'd hope to get Taumaruni as I like that track, but requires a bit of convincing the wiff when she's in a good mood so she'll give up her day off to look after the kids both days.
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.

It's going to be noisy anyway, but I quite understand.

    Not long now.
Aim to be there about 12 on Saturday (or noon if you prefer)
    http://www.kartsporttokoroa.co.nz/about/
Has the details on where it is and an aerial shot of the track.
Sidecars are welcome as well as solos, no idea of the programme other than probably the usual practice and qualifying on Saturday and racing Sunday, I'm sure Steve will either be along with details at some stage or make it up as he goes along, either works for me.

As a target since we have timing now I had a look at a video of Avalon when she was railing the track in a race. Looks like she was doing a hi 42 second laps. When we were there the other day watching the Karts race they were on 45's. She was on another planet that day. Fantastic to watch for sure.

That's pretty quick compared with Karts.

If that's the target, then me and bro will be hard pressed to do a 40sec job, two-up on a sidecar. We may have to ride conservative like!

So it turns out I'm a little obsessed with racing buckets at the moment and have been thinking about the North Island's tracks too much. Here are some aerial shots of all on the north island calendar plus the colin dale park

    Taumarunui

    Te Puke

Dare I ask how you got hold of that particular master plan for Colin Dale Park?

P.S. It has changed, but the proposed Kart track is still the same.

For the record Qkkid was in my bed, not the other way round
