are you quite sure the gsxr is a 400 single cyl?

and yes. was it hydrauulic oil put in it and run? or are we talking 30w50 rather than 10w30?

I think kiwifruit's 850 was closer...

Anything over 2k is dreaming, anything over one and you'll have to find somebody who really wants this particular model of bike; and that'll take a bit of time, if possible at all.

I have tried to upload pics but to no avail. Send me your email & will send you pics. 3k is very much a cut-throat for me, I wouldn't expect any less than 2k. As mentioned an urgent must sell, it is a definite 100% bargain.

Awesome advice, thanx mate but when NZ has no work to enable a full tank, one must look elsewhere! Hence why I'm selling this bike, as I obviously won't have any time at all to even look at it! A must sell bike before next week Monday.

Mate, throw ur eyes around & check what else is being offered on here!!! This is a far great deal compared to others advertised. So put your offer up buddy!

Sold a NZ new 1988? GSXR705J, 60000kms, Slingshot model with dead rego for $1200 two or so years ago. Its a post classic race bike now

Try putting your add in the racing section as Pre 89 Post Classic Junior bike needs new home, or something like that,

has it got 4 separate carbs, or two double butterfly carbs and big oval head to carb manifolds? (like Suzuki Impulse)

Whats the model code on the steering head?

NZ new or Import?

Put a link of one that looks the same at least, lets us know what it looks like

$3k is unrealistic, and not just slightly. If you need to sell it then you should drop the price by half and a bit and stick it on Trademe where people will see it.

The bottom line is I must sell. Thats a harsh lesson learnt in itself! A must sell so tell me what you got!
