Ride for Cancer, length of NZ

I got the Western Leader in the mail box today Thursday the 11th westwern leader and I was wondering if anyone got it to and read the main page of it it says Riding to Fight Cancer this firefighter is organising a ride and is asking other riders to join in says the ride is happening on the November 27 all the info is on the front page of the western leader there is a big write up about it so the firefighter that is organising the ride has only got 45 bikes who are wanting to do the ride.

I haven't seen the western leader yet but when I was in cycletreads last week I noticed a poster about a charity ride around some volunteer fire stations in north auckland in November. Didn't take note of the cause (could have been to raise funds for the volunteer fire brigade) but wonder if it may be the same ride.

After a quick look, didn't appear to post a suspected schedule beyond days will be riding through. Or places in said towns he will stop at.
