    If the engine management system wasn't so temperamental ... the engine might get started more often.

    Anyway ... with the use of a few short pieces of rope (at a pinch ... handcuffs) the engine management system can be overridden ... and you can experiment with the exhaust system then too ...

    I think you can change the fuel mapping if you hit the right button.

    Yeah, nah... running it in is great, but once it has been used for a year or two, it's always flapping around and develops an annoying fart sound when in reverse sometimes.
    I didn't think!!! I experimented!!!

    these engines don't seem to like lack of oxygen though, they just cough and sputter.

    The engine management system is air breathing .. the engine itself runs ok under water. Over lubricated though ...
