Gonna bring them around the sides of the motor. Would have too be quite high to clear the throttle bodies otherwise.

Front engine mounts will be soft mounted instead of solid, but still mounted to the headstock area where they are currently.

Yeah I just looked back at how it was mounted, seems like it could have done with a couple of mounts off the bottom front of the engine if you weren't doing that

And you'll still be a cunt but it'd be an interesting comparison

Guy down here is an aircraft engineer bought an older outfit and built a single sided swingarm for it but when he weighed the thing it was heaps heavier so he didn't use it

The swingarm systen on Gordys bike is quite good though, doublesided but still real easy to swap wheels

I considered making the right side of the swingarm removable. But it turns out the rear wheel is a piece of piss to take out already.

Lot of time on the MTB in the last few weeks, although I think we might just have lost 3hp, I had a relapse and a heap of bacon sandwhiches for breakfast

Heineken sandwiches are where my weight comes from.

Still torn as to weather I'll be doing anything about it.

Yeah but it comes out with brakes and all that shit attached by the look of it, Gordys bike bike, brake and sprocket are all on the inside, axle nut and two cap screws and the outside of the swing arm comes off then a few nuts and the wheel is off while the brakes and sprocket stay in place on the hub

Brake disk and carrier just slide onto the hub. Take the axle out, lower the wheel, move the wheel left and the caliper and disc slide off a keyway and atay attached to the bike by the control arm for the brake caliper. So simple, it's fuckin briliant!

thats ok you will lose most of that before first practice, I couldnt be arsed putting the ring gear back in, revs faster without it.
