No. He didn't believe me when I said it got timed up on number one on a firing stroke. So he Google zx12r firing order, and stumbled upon a forum post by a guy with the same issue we were having.
In retrospect he was probably right about it being timed up at the end of an exhaust stroke, So a firing stroke on number four. Since the cam lobes for the inlet valves are just about operate the valves when everything is on it's timing marks.
