It was a harsh move but there was nothing about it that should need to be ruled on by the officials etc

The most annoying thing was the Brit commentators wouldn't STFU about the incident.
Zen wisdom: No matter what happens, somebody will find a way to take it too seriously. - obviously had KB in mind when he came up with that gem

We had his data available to us and I remember looking at it and thinking ''F**king hell, this guy is entering every corner like he doesn't want to get out'. He was doing things on the bike that you wouldn't normally do.
For me I just like to get into the zone and let go. It's not easy to do and you need to feel absolutely right with all aspects, but when you're in there it's brilliant.
when you've got somebody who isn't a rider telling you what to do or to stay calm or whatever, you don't want to stay f**king calm, you just want to ride the thing hard and feel good with it. You don't want someone explaining to you why you feel happy or unhappy, it's just annoying, you really don't want that.
I'm sure that if you measured your level of testosterone before riding the RSV4 and afterwards, you'd see the difference.
There's a great interview with Sylvan Gunitoli on Crash.net:

Not a great camera man though, so there's a critical half second missing.
The race footage is from the reverse angle and there was a gap. Lowes just turned in from wider and a bit later and they both ended up at the same point on the track.

From that clip it just looks like Superglue punted him off!

End of the day, he still got back on and got 2nd! If it had put him out then I think he would be way more pissed

That's because he basically did. Lowes was there first, i.e. in front, and Sofuoglu could see exactly where he was putting his bike - he must have known he was going to hit him, it's not like he hasn't been doing this long enough to have a pretty good idea what was going to happen!

Lowes left a gap and the point at which they touched, they were level on the track hence racing incident. It was the last handful of corners of the race. Any racer worth his salt would've done the same to challenge for the win. Just look at the Rossi/Gibernau and Marquez/Lorenzo incidents of recent days or Johnny Rea/the BMW's at Donnington last year

Err, yup. I'm just saying I reckon Sofuoglu would have had a pretty good idea, when he stuffed it in the gap, that he was probably going to hit him. Calculated risk, that's all.

A mate who was pretty pointy end in F2, once told me he'd happily write a bike off bashing fairings, if it meant winning the race.

Bet Lowes and Sufoglu share the exact same sentiment.

Hehe, well, if Lowes didn't see it that way before I bet he fucking does now
