JafaSaffer, told me I should look into this topic a while back and due to circumstances I haven't gotten to it until now, this sounds like an interesting trip to do and always more fun to ride with others then alone

Just the accommodation price holding me back anyone that might be interested in sharing the cost of any of the options that come with an ensuite?
(yes i like some luxury )
I haven't booked anything yet. I was eyeing up a unit myself, so cheaper with an ensuite? Sounds good. Might be a good way to lock myself in so I don't find an excuse to chicken out! (Would be my longest ride yet!)

Otherwise he's stuck snuggling under my tarp haha...... Long range weather forcasts aren't accurate( I might get a bivvy closer to the date if weather looks crap).

Yes but no free riding ones yet, I did a track training day once and a 3 day race training course both only riding with instructors.

Race ready as in bolts secured, water instead of glycol etc or will a std streetbike also do?

Cheaper no, but I'm to lazy to walk outside to a shower when I just woke up... actually at any other time of the day also

For a Track day a standard streetbike (must pass scrutineering) is fine. If you are wanting to race (Sunday), then it needs to be up to race bike specs

Considering I've only done 2 race start tests to pass for the race license during the training I think I'll better just start with free riding

Becoming fearless isn't the point. That's impossible. It's learning how to control your fear, and how to be free from it.

He should be well clued up on the topic then. One issue: Is his hair long enough to braid?
