EN125 (Similar to a GN 125 but with ultra sexy 'Pure Sport' body work)
Make an offer on price. The $1 is just there because I have to put something.
Year is just there to fill the gap but it is quite new.
This was a de-registered road bike that I have put the gear on to turn it into a Bucket racer.
It had around 3500 or so KM (Can't remember exactly) on the clock when I removed it.
It can't economically be put back on the road. It's had quite a few bits hacked off it and the paperwork wouldn't be worth it for what it is.
Nyloned. (Could to with an extra bit on the pipe for completeness but I left this as I figured it the pipe would soon be changed)
Excess crap removed. (Most of the crap is in a box that comes with the bike.)
Race numbers added. (Changed with electrical tape to 26 since then because of a clash)
I changed the oil with Castrol GPS when I got it.
The pegs are higher than the standard position and one is made from an old chairleg. The gearshift pivot doesn't work at the correct angle because of this, I hope to rectify this before it's sold.
It would immediately benefit from much lower gearing and better tyres. The current tyres are hardly fit to be called tyres, they are some of the worst I've ridden on. A cheap set of vee-rubbers would be an instant performance and saftey boost. Bt39's would be immeasurably better.
It's been raced at 3 or 4 meetings since I got it, I envisioned keeping it as a bike for people who want to have a go can rock up and fang around on. With the low kays, gentle motor and friendly ergonomics it would be ideal for this. I've come to realise doing this is currently beyond my resources with storage and the like.
It's been crashed a few times since the photo, nothing too major, std bucket stuff. I urge anyone to view it before purchase anyway.
This bike is for sale after the Kaitoke bucket meeting on the 22nd of January.
It will not be sold prior as I've pimped it out for that meeting to a beginner racer.
It can be viewed in action at that meeting.
It may sustain damage but it will be repaired to a race-worthy condition.
The price...
Make an offer. Highest won't necessarily get it, I want to see it used.
