This de-limiter plugs into your speedo outlet and derestricts the factory Japanese limits.

I contacted Posh Japan directly and they provided the following info:

Hi Shane,

Thank you very much for your photo.

The Red Rev is for KAWASAKI

ZXR750 ('89~'95)
ZXR400 ('89~'99)
ZXR250 ('89~'99)

The way how to install is,

1, Please take off the upper cowl.

2, Please find the 3 pin made connector (brown, yellow, pink) from the speedometer.

3, Please connect to the 3 pin connector and Red Rev.
(The connector which has just disconnected, please leave it and not necessary to connecting with any connector.)
