1983 XR350 oil capacity

Hi All I was wondering if anybody could help me out.
I am trying to find out the engine oil capacity for a 1983 wet sump XR350.
The previous owner has cut the dip stick back and I am having trouble finding the oil capacity for it.
Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers

id thought at least 2 ltrs but you can just buy that amount drain the oil in it and measure that say in 3 ltr ice cream container or just ring up your local honda dealer and ask

Thanks for your help guys. I think I will ring the local dealership there seems to be alot of confusion on the internet of the amount to put in.
Unfortunalty I can't measure the oil already in the bike as it has been overfilled by the previous owner.
