I wasn't so much commenting on your situation (being quite aware before I posted that I have no idea what it is) but on the fact Ive seen/heard people multiple times talk about stencils like they are the hallmark of a bad tattooist.

I went to someone whose hallmark is he freehand work, He drew the outline on me with a marker.......

I do remember that the hourly rate was identical to the rate at Sacred. I would guess the rate was $120 an hour, but don't quote me (and this was a year ago).

went to the tattooed heart today after having a consult last week.I had 4 hours with Naomi Smith and she did an awesome freehand job of most of it. She is outstanding and worth getting some work from.

Yeah I,m stupid. Merv, he was in K road back in the 80,s. fucking terrible tattooist. Had a fair bit of his work redone.

+1. If I recall, he was formerly a jockey or summat............He should have stuck at that, as he had no "vision" when it came to tattooing.

Awesome, all the staff at the tattooed heart are brilliant. My sister had some work done by Ben, and she was really happy with it. I don't know anyone that has had a bad experience there.
