    Pat Hennen in town

American racer Pat Hennen's been in the country for a few days in the lead up to the Cemetery Circuit.
Those who don't know who he is should do a bit of googling as he was a legend in his day his Cemetery Circuit lap record wasn't beated for six years.

I had the good fortune to watch him mastering (loosely speaking) the TR750 around Gracefield on a damp track. Impressive indeed...

Didn't he have a massive off at the IOM?

A shame. He could have gone far. Was always enjoyable to watch. Good to hear he's still out and about.
