Back and Forth

Those Blue arrow 'go back & go forwards' things are now grey and non-active?
Now, I was fucking around with a thing or two on here a few days ago, Anne says I should not tutoo......but Im a bloke
How can I change it back (if indeed it was me that made them take on the ashen look) so that I at least look like I know what I am doing.
I was mucking around in Tools if thats any help?

If you have a page open, and you want to ''go back'' to where you were before you opened a new page/thread or whatever...how would you do that?

You mean the back button on your browser then? Mine are grey all the time, still work though, I run Opera, you run IE? It'll differ from browser to browser, were you changing the history options or something? Might not go back if you told it not to remember where its been perhaps?

Have you got links opening in a new tab/window?
If that is the case 'Back' will be disabled as it is the first page when it opens.

Once that's fixed, I highly recommend getting a mouse with side buttons that work as Back and Forward On your browser. You will be amazed how much easier browsing becomes.

to "go back" within a page/tab - backspace

to reload previously/accidentally closed tab/window - ctrl + z

to close tab ctrl + w

works in most browsers.
