    New paint on the bird

So some lower-than-pond-scum individual damaged my fairings (punched a hole through the side of the nose cone and a few paint chips/scuffs) at a motorbike parking space in town a few weeks back and long story short, I've had a complete repaint of the nose cone, side fairings, mirror covers and front fender; everything bar the tank and rear piece basically. It's luvverly

I'm almost too scared to take it on the road for fear of stone chips - protection will be applied as soon as I can get it sorted.

Dittmers did the paint and they do good work http://www.dittmer.co.nz/

Nice to see her looking a bit more tidy! Time it was out on the road again.

Stopped at a certain spot again today...

    Nice

Just need to get the protection on first, pootling around town is ok but I won't be taking it on the open road until I've got it done - I'm hoping the place has re-opened this week after the holiday break.
