I second what's been said about getting an ACC lawyer on to it,,,,,you won't get anywhere other wise.

Also for the immediate pain issues try either accupuncture or and Bowen therapy.

I had several sessions of accupuncture and found it quite good in the short term.

Bowen therapy got me walking properly and then back to work again.

Appeal the decision.



What's the type of asthma medication?

Flixotide Inhaler, it contains fluticasone propionate, which is a type of medicine known as a corticosteroid
Long term exposure to corticosteriod (a type of steriod) leads to Osteoporosis.
You reckon Doctors should be made aware of this? As Mr Katman alluded too, I also believe many Drs prescribed whatever gives them the biggest kick back, others are just lazy and only want to get your money as they write another prescription. Fortunatly for them the ACC system protects them from being held accountable for their mistakes


So why have I posted all about this on the forum? Because I am pissed off, I want as many people as possible to know what insidious changes are happening to ACC. I also want others to make noises and get pissed off too.
I will be setting the lawyers on them. The people who work for ACC and make these decisions are not good people, they dont deserve respect as they have no compassion nor dignity.

But most of all, I want my wife to get well enough to be able to ride a bike again and smile

How has the system changed from a no fault system to this?

Too many years of neo-con arseholes who enjoy any benefits of a society but then want to plunder that same society for themselves (and I include Labour in this),who see the profit in everything and the value in nothing!
