Saw a guy on a bike today. Sure, wearing leathers, boots, helmet, etc. But they were all cheap shit. The gloves didn't have kevlar or knuckle armour. The jacket didn't have any soft armour by the looks, and the boots I recognised as budget model with below average protection.
