Theres a one stop shop for all this the Labour Department. It's all in the Wages and Salery Act. They will tell you what your rights are. The other point of call mabe the Banking Ombudsman. This office has some clout if it is indeed within their jurisdiction. No need to go to internet providers etc. They will all pass the buck.
