ZX600J (2000 ZX6R) fork seals + oil

I use to have the full haynes manual for this bike in PDF but it has disappeared at some stage.

I'm after fork oil type and capacity and instructions for reassembling the forks.

Any help would be appreciated. I'm hunting through the manual thread at the moment but not having much luck.

Found a service manual. http://ursa.irk.ru/manual/

Unzipping is a little difficult but I managed to do it with the unzip package in linux.
