but hey most of you guys made sense apart from sheldon fans.

I spoke to the other two frenchie flatmates this morning after visiting CAB n speaking to tenancy helpine
They all reckon I am still an implied flatmate and his so called decieving new agreement in void. got a copy of it from the landlord- apparently he got the new agreement made when i already returned in june and was living at the flat for 3 weeks, and I had no idea about it. for the love of god enough about the deal with me being away lads. I was still paying rent and topping up rent if any rooms were empty.

I had two options
A)play the "destory each other" game with D.C and watch the fireworks destroy the christmas tree

or

B) just give him the sodden flat and wash my hands clean hoping he would play nice if I did (dont be offended hardrock punkman-you did amp me up to kick his ass, but id rather cut my losses as im back in the city looking for a job, trying to make a living after a season at the snow

here is what really happened in the last 24 hours.
spent the morning visiting the tenancy office in shortland st, CAB and police station
spoke to the landlord, he asked me upfront if I wanted to opt out of the whole thing. he reckoned he could work something out and get DC to fill out the correct documents. next thing DC approache including transfer or rental etc n my part of the bond money upfront as he wanted to save whatever grace he could in front of the landlord. that was a good one on his behalf. took over the bills etc. i saved up some money which is pretty good. all im paid for is two weeks upfront rent and he promises to leave me and the two flatmates alone. we 3 move out in 2 weeks and on a flat hunt together. D.C is happy to be the master of the house (empty or full he doesn't seem to care)

will try and hunt for a 3\ 4 bedroom place in akl (or bloody queenstown) as we 3 together have a decent budget to get a place.

new year, new start, new found freedom

I did tell the cops i wanted to press charges after the assault yesterday, will wait for two weeks and if everything goes smoothly ill let D>C be and withdraw from it.

thanks FJ rider. will surely appreciate that. spent 8 years ever since in NZ in the north island.
time to do the south. couple of places 10 to 15 kms from qtown come up as 250 Bucks for 3 bdrm per week, out in the bush but got epic views and actually better then the current so call "cul de- sack-my-balls-in-a-cracker-jacker" house in mission bay. not sure if ill miss the sunny days mission bay traffic. i guess the new Michelins i got at a sweet deal from cycletreads are meant to get ridden in the south island roads. 5 years to the k8, 30+k and heaps more to come!
