Oh for ffs you talk around in circles and dont actualy give any answers.
Do you have training for this or does it come naturaly?.
You would be a shoe in for any political party cos thats all they do-talk around a question and never give a straight answer so when are you joining them (doest mater which one there all the same).

" Life is not a rehearsal, it's as happy or miserable as you want to make it"
Lmfao.
My entire axe to grind has been about training the workforce to raise their standard of competence, and hopefully lower the incident rate.Hence my answer was to ensure you had trained and experienced operators and had met your obligations under the health and safety act, I really couldn't give a fuck about your imaginary hill.
You have an axe to grind well grind away mate and as i have said before on this thread i do actualy agree with training up to a point but you cant hold peoples hand 24-7.
You attacked me because i said i had been to a course years ago and diddnt realy get anything from it as everything they were telling me i had been doing for yearsas part of my competant assesment of situations and taking personal responsibility for my safety.
You still think im some sort of arrogant idiot that cant think for myself and need you to tell me how to run my life.
As for the hill - whats wrong with descussing it as it could be a pre employment question in an interview to help assertain a candidates competance level and what training they may need.
