Cracked Ducati frame - Welders in Christchurch?

Was in the middle of replacing the steering head bearing in my 1995 Ducati 900SS and discovered a couple of hairline cracks in one of the frame top tubes near the steering head. Yeah I know - no surprises. Does any one know of welders in Christchurch who:
A. Specialise in motorcycle frames?
B. Are dab hands at Ducati frames?

Austins Aluminium Welding - TIG specialist. Present it clean and with the areas to be welded accessible. Preferably remove the battery and ignition box too.
