It is a right to have a license ... if you sit the test and get a pass. Not AS OF RIGHT to have a license. (as in ... I'm 16 so give me a license)

The law also has a legal method/process to remove that right ... to be a licensed driver ...

I saw this several times yesterday.

Its the 55 km/h and then 40 through a corner then 45-45-47-42, slight weave to the left, 41 back to the centre.....42 43 44 onto the center line..... 44, 45 - over the center line!!! 44, 42 back onto the left a bit.....nope wait corner....brake...... 39......... 40, 42. 44, 48, straight yay! 50, 52, 55, corner, brake 37........ after about 5 mins of this are you still patient? Mine is pretty thin.

They just don't know how to drive. Don't know when to brake. When to start turning. When to use the throttle. How to indicate. How to look. How to change lanes. What if they cross that center line and a truck is hugging it to get past a parked car? (Well, they would get fucked up, obviously...)

Speed is not always the issue. It can be an issue, but that above is the sort of shit that causes the accidents. So how and why the fuck is a moron like this on the road? Because the license system does not work. If I was a cop I'd be focusing on this. The people speeding are the ones having to go 115 km/h past a tugger like this because there's a passing lane and they finally decide they can go 110 and then the passing lane ends, they are back to fucking about between 70 and 90 k's all over the place. And then if you can't pass because its too dangerous you have to wait for ages.

This person was probably on a learners licence and had been for the last 15 years, but hey according to some on KB that is their right.
