This should make for a VERY interesting 2014 extreme year...

In a season that’s been troubled with injury, the Honda rider has also become disillusioned with the direction that the championship has taken. No longer enjoying his racing, Knight has his sights set on pastures new for 2014.

“Unfortunately the GP of France will be my final race competing in the EWC on a full time basis. I’m disappointed that I won’t do the full championship next year but it’s time to move on before I’m completely frustrated. There’s no point being there if I’m not happy riding.”

With the GP of France in St Flour out of the way, Knight will put his complete focus and attention into preparing for his assault on the 2014 FIM SuperEnduro World Championship. The seven-round series begins in Liverpool’s Echo Arena on November 17th.

After that Knight then plans to contest all the major Hard Enduro for 2014.

“Moving forward, my intention is to compete in the SuperEnduro World Championship and the Hard Enduro races on a full time basis. They will become my number one focus.

“The opening round of the SuperEnduro World Championship is a home race for me so I want to go there and fight for the victory. Doing that would get my season off to the best possible start.”

“Next year I want to compete in Hard Enduro. It’s something I’ve missed doing. I’ve won a lot in the past and I want to try and do that again. It will be tough to leave the EWC behind but I feel I’ve nothing left to prove. Hard Enduro will become the next chapter in my career.”

As an aside, NordieBro is heading down to the Nut Buster and wanted to try a Tubliss setup in the back of the RM250 with a trials tyre.
    Ordered some from the US.
They shipped on Friday from Illinois, arrived in Auckland on Sunday...

In the words of NordieBro, "They're fcukin awesome!".

He got 13th in Pro class and was the last rider to complete 3 laps.
He's a leetle annoyed though, it seems some were taking Expert loops on the last lap.

Good to see Chris there, but no Johnny Walker.

Man, only Monster would have burnouts in a car at a motorcycle event.

Do you know why red bull aren't doing it?

Husaberg doesn't exist anymore. When KTM acquired Husqvarna, they dissolved Husaberg and started producing Husqvarnas only.
Although, they are really just blue and white KTMs, as recent Husabergs were.

So thats why Jarvis is on the 4 stroke Husky, instead of his 2 stroke Berg.
we may just go where no ones been
