    eek Is this guy taking the piss?

    Once again found on Stuff.co.nz ( dont know why I read this shit .)

    Anyway, if I give my survival tips, maybe fellow motorcyclists would respond with theirs that I can maybe start using?

    When travelling straight through an intersection where traffic coming from the other direction is about to turn right across your path, tailgate the car in front, to not give the right turning vehicle the opportunity to turn across your path.
    ... Sorry what ?

    But I was told that tailgating is dangerous....

    Somebody needs to go do some training rather than making it up as they go along. The last place I want to be is sat up somebody's chuff.

    What a wuss, lol, remember though it's his version of keeping safe. He did write about "temporarily" tailgating later on however.

    So I have just

    got off the phone to this guy .... he is not qualified as a motorcycling instructor, these are his thoughts on what makes you a safer motorcyclist ...

    He could not see what was wrong with what he has stated on that article

    Two ways of looking at it. 1; he shouldn't be spouting on about something he's not qualified on.
    2; He's entitled to have an opinion on a subject and express that opinion.

    Neither view is going to win.
