Im going to go up one size in pilots then try the needles up one notch to see how it feels. She is lean a bit at idle and cruising. Ive got the pilot screws at 4.5 turns out.

Pilot screws won't change the cruise mix a heap.
Tried raising the fuel level? Cheaper than throwing pilots at it.

I never had to change pilots myself, what with altering floats and needles, I've always managed to avoid it and still had good AFRs on the exh gas anal-liza.

These things come from the factory stupid lean and once its got a higher flow intake and a can they need a bigger pilot. Going to try 2 sizes up bigger main. Just have to wait for my new carb syc tool etc to turn up.

It's cheap enough to do. She'll pull like a pulley thing when tuned right

Looks fine but you're wasting your time with this gas. Now that they're so disgustingly cheap, get one of these and know for sure http://www.plxdevices.com/product_in...=WDBDSMAFR_DM6 I doubt it's stupidly lean through much of the range, you would notice that as a snatchy throttle which would piss you off no end.

The pilot screws only effect the slow running mixture.

That is ridonkulously cheap. Is that a brand you use? Will get one if the brand name is good. My exhaust system even has the fitting, but alas the one I had organised to borrow was broken.

Yeah, got a couple plugged into my logger. I've also got one of those Dynojet Wideband Commanders, and I'm pretty sure they use the exact same sensor (tbh I think all kits from anybody use the same sensor - they're made by Bosch). They'll sell you weld on fittings so you can fit it to all your toys

Pretty sure that is the same sensor part number I was using (or hoping to anyway) with the other kit. Might have to get an overpriced bung and plug for the next bike I need to use it on too.
