    Was trawling You Tube and came across this wee vid. I found it quite interesting....

    pretty cool huh
    and you would be able to use the air compressor to start the engine tooo

    plastic fabricator/welder here if you need a hand ! will work for beer/bourbon/booze

    F1 technology. Not sure how long it's been around but enginemakers have been slow to pick it up. I hadn't heard about the regeneration thing, using the engine as a brake by turning it into a compressor and then using the air to either restart the engine or supercharge it is a neat idea.

    I'm pretty certain I had read about early pneumatic systems causing issues with stress on the bottom end due to higher loads because of less valve float?

    I wish I had a system like that on my bikes anyway
