    Day driving lights

OK, there will be plenty who will remember me scoffing at daytime lights and Hi-Viz. But I have to do something to stop people either not seeing me or ignoring me.

Airhorns are done. But I need some ideas for good LED lighting, and even Hi-viz. Dont really want a vest, prefer a decent jacket in fuck off colours that dont make me look like Gareth.
David must play fair with the other kids, even the idiots.

Perhaps use some of those laser pens that blind people temporarily. You'll pretty much be guaranteed safe passage if noone can move.
    I didn't think!!! I experimented!!!

Auction says "Consuming a meager 10 watts per unit they produce an outstanding 750 lumens of pure white light . This is equivalent to a 100W halogen unit! "

    Refer to http://www.rallylights.com/Hella_H7_Bulbs.aspx

    A 55W H7 puts out 1500 lumens.

Mate, I have HID. Ferkin Bright. Blinding almost.

Yet people still pull out in front of me. Cage drivers don't look for bikes. Hell, I have seen enough of them pull out in front of trucks.

Running ligts may help, but IMHO, if they are not seeing you, lights are not going to make no difference.

Like someone said Hardly Ableson, black leather and a patch, would probably just as effective.

My two cents worth. (After nearly being taken out a couple of days ago, at A popular accident blackspot)
