    That is one big log though. One of my passions used to be log dams and old sawmilling logging. Spent many weekends in the coromandel and the barrier hunting out old log dam sites, amazing how they used to move logs like that around in the bush before the combustion engine came along.

    Why not do what my friend did and invest in a medium sized deep fryer? Then she could also quickly prepare chips for large groups? Do they do toasted sandwiches?

    It is an Historic General store. Not a food outlet as such. Nor is it intended to be ... Pies are a service of convenience to customers.
