...borders are nothing more than transient lines on a map of the planet...lines that have been moved, eradicated, encroached upon, given up on,fought over, lied about since someone dreamed them up way back when the world as we know it was young...nothing has changed and nothing will change that...the only constant is change...the greatest powers on the planet come and go...anybody who thinks they have rights or deem themselves to be superior or able to hold back the nature of the beast is living in some kind of unreal dream... men have been using violence, murder and rape in all it's ugliness for as long as there have been borders...nothing has changed, civility is only gossamer thin and once the skin of civility is torn, most men act the same...sad but true...

I don't see why not. They gave it too those pompous poms first - and they never pulled the carrot out.
We need change. It may not be an improvement - but it will be a change for once.
