In a nut shell-
In china there are hundreds of specialist component manufacturers and dozens of assembly plants.
Overseas motorcycle importers select the components that they wish to use through a broker and then arrange to have their chosen assembly plant build the bikes. Each importer chooses what to call their bike - eg Forza, Suzuki, Hummer.
Depending on the experience, skill, financial commitment of the importer, the customer either gets a good bike or a bad bike.
Some importers in NZ - the red shed, save burn, super cheap carparts. Have sold utter shiite kids bikes for the last 6 years and made no effort to change things.
Forza log, investigate, analyze and rectify all warranty issues and in 6 years have reduced warranty claims dramatically.
Forza bikes and their Zongshen and Lifan motors are copied very closely off popular japanese models (CRF70 KLX110 CRF230
bear in mind that all the mains manufacturers have their budget farm and childrens bikes assembled in China or Taiwan.
Last year in NZ, Kawasaki sold 511 off road motorcycles- Forza sold 513.

Retired- just some guy with a few bikes......
