    Forza info please

Hi all, first post on here. Sorry if i show my ignorance Have been looking at getting my boys (6 yrs and 7) into some riding and just brought a Forza fmx70 of trade me for them. I'm trying to convince our 7 year old into a 2 wheeler instead of a quad before we get a second bike. if he's not keen allgood we'll get the quad. Just wondering if anyone has any info on this brand. From what I can find on the net, for the money (i can get the hole family riding for the price of one big 4 name brand bikes) these seem to stack up. I'd like to get myself a 160 to blast my mates track and obviously put around with the kids. oh and hit the 90 mile beach. but google search of Forza really doesnt come up with much. SOOOOO can anyone please tell me if there is another name/brand that these bikes are known by overseas, so I might be able to research more.
    Cheers

Hello!- either ask away here and I will tell all- or nip on to my website- www.overthetopadventures.co.nz for some tech and spec details on each model.

    In a nut shell-
In china there are hundreds of specialist component manufacturers and dozens of assembly plants.
Overseas motorcycle importers select the components that they wish to use through a broker and then arrange to have their chosen assembly plant build the bikes. Each importer chooses what to call their bike - eg Forza, Suzuki, Hummer.

Depending on the experience, skill, financial commitment of the importer, the customer either gets a good bike or a bad bike.
Some importers in NZ - the red shed, save burn, super cheap carparts. Have sold utter shiite kids bikes for the last 6 years and made no effort to change things.

Forza log, investigate, analyze and rectify all warranty issues and in 6 years have reduced warranty claims dramatically.
Forza bikes and their Zongshen and Lifan motors are copied very closely off popular japanese models (CRF70 KLX110 CRF230
bear in mind that all the mains manufacturers have their budget farm and childrens bikes assembled in China or Taiwan.
Last year in NZ, Kawasaki sold 511 off road motorcycles- Forza sold 513.

me and my mates have 9 forzas between us so i no i thing or two, they go hard n tend to suprise even bigger bike riders, the brake and clutch levers break alot and the medium to serious stacks tend to destroy plastics, mechanically they dont miss a beat. keep the oil changed regularly and there fine, the carbs tend to play up a bit but this is usually easily fixed by taking the bowl off the bottom and giving them a good spray out with a spray parts cleaner. the tyres that come on them are average and wear rather quickly but i spose tyres will always wear out,

id definitly reccomend them but just remember they are cheap Chinese bikes and be prepared to have a great relationship with the spare parts website for plastics and levers, but the bits are so cheap its all part of the fun
