    Dave Moss in Christchurch

Great news. Dave will be doing a seminar on the 11 of Feb, 6pm til 8pm at Avon City Suzuki. A huge thanks to SuperSonic and Don P of Avon City for making this happen. If you wish to go, go and see the boys at Avon City, pay your $50[or an extra $50 if you want Dave to personally set up your bike on the evening] and you are booked in! Avon City are putting on drinks n nibbles so will be a great evening. If you are unsure about who Dave Moss is and what he can offer, now is the time to do your internet research. You dont have to be a racer to benefit from Dave's suspension knowledge.

    Plane about to leave

About now Dave will be finishing off his packing for his first trip to NZ, so if you have not booked your spot in at Avon City Suzuki by now then you better get on with it.

That is if your suspension was able to keep your tyres on the road, as the oil is so old it could not keep up with that one bump the council forgot about and you hit!! Yes it is the suspension that keeps you safe, not great tyres, yes they help but what keeps them on the road?

Suspension maintenance is very import to your safety and well being, so come along and listen to what you should look out for and what YOU can do to keep you safe and arrive home after each ride.

SO come listen to a guru on top of his game with two championships to his name, plus some 3500 bikes a year tuned to help other riders road and track of ALL levels reach there goals. All this knowledge to share with us Kiwis for a very small price of $50, so call Don or the team at Avon city Suzuki now and book your spot or you might miss out.

I hope they lend him a bike first so he can go for a ride on our shit-arse earthquake damaged goat track of roads or is it just for smooth track junkies?

AllanB, I am not sure if he wil get to ride the interesting roads in CHCH, but these are for ALL riders OF ALL BIKES, Ie dual , off road, the more common bike in CHCH now I hear, plus sports bikes, track day bikes really thing that has an engine and suspension,

So get into it and learn what to look for and what you can do your self and what is a must.

    I've landed

Looking forward to getting my feet wet so to speak tonight at the AFC Motorcycles event tonight from 6-8pm.

I really want to give you as much information at the Christchurch event as I can that makes sense to you that you can instantly apply to your own bike(s). I'll make sure there's plenty of time for question and answer to you leave with clarity not confusion!

Is it worth the $50? The normal quote that people tell me is that "I learned more in 20 minutes than I have in years". It is all about the ability to communicate both verbally and visually and then close the loop with questions.

Look forward to meeting everyone in a few days!

    Ready for Avon Cty!

Wow - what a great 3 days at Taupo. Laundry done and ready to get on the plane first thing tomorrow morning.

I'm getting a very good feel now fr the information needed by riders from all disciplines of what they are looking to learn and what they need to know - this weekend being a great example of that.

Each seminar helps everyone their which in turn will help you help your riding buddies and benefit all the community including the dealership.

    See you there tomorrow night!

What a great seminar last night. I loved the way Dave could communicate difficult concepts in an easily understandable way. I hope everybody got as much out of it as I did. It was clear Dave has a huge reserve of knowledge and experience, which was on display with the methodical, logical and systematic manner in which he set 10 bkes up for people after the Q&A. Clearly Dave is a huge potential teaching resource for us and it sounds like he is coming back and will be able to give seminars on track, dirt and dual purpose bike setup and suspension over seperate nights.[So we ALL get just what we want!]
HUGE thanks to SUPERSONIC of this forum for organising Daves trip. All I can say, its left me hungry for more !

I thought it was excellent too.

Rather a large change in my bike riding away than riding to the event.

Props to Avon City for putting it on and sticking round till after 9pm
