Dunno weather or not I would trust this community to not jump to all sorts of fucked up conclusions. As for being a serious charge, in my mind it is one I have worked really hard to avoid all my life, and I feel it was unjust, but it is the law. So, in a way it is the most serious charge I have ever had, even though the punishment is nil.

Way it was described to me is that it is recorded. If they bust you again and would normally just give you a Formal warning or a lesser penalty for the offence...but you already have one....then they go all Fatt Max on yo arse.

So from now on just run. :-P

It does say something in the letter about this charge could be used against me at a later date, if I commit another offence. In my mind I commited no offence, but the law says I did. So therefore I am guilty, legaly, anyway. It,s fuckin doin my head in this one I tell ya.
