Harden up you big girls blouse!! That seat looks positively luxurious!
And if I can bike 15 ks to the pub for a drink, then bike home again, so can you!!
Diarrhoea is hereditary - it runs in your jeans

If my nose was running money, I'd blow it all on you...

I'm impressed!!! I've only just gotten back on a pushbike (mine is old '70s retro styles) after nearly 30 years; last time I rode a bicycle I was still at school...

Nearly killed me the first time out - just riding a couple of km's around 'Rewa on mostly flat road. Thankfully I'm enjoying it and my fitness is slowly starting to build up, but I keep telling Balu (a keen cyclists) "small steps, small steps". For me it's about finding something to do with getting fit, losing weight, and being mobile that I actually find fun. My son said to me "let's face it mum, you just hate exercise". Damn the honesty of ya kids!

Ah well, back to the OP - you do look great! (and you have enviable legs...)
I lahk to moove eet moove eet...

I can understand that I hope road users treat them well.

Though, still don't quite understand men in full lycra on casual rides. No-one wants to see you stuff your boiled saveloy into your shammy, parade it around town in summer until it all looks like a tripe taco. Have some decency.

What about men in full lycra attending a 5/10km fun run/walk?

We did a 10km walk not so long ago and there was this guy in a full lycra suit doing all sorts of warm up excercises. High step jogging you name it, he was really SERIOUS! They let the runners go first, and then us walkers were let loose

I am not sure how far down the beach we got before the first runners were coming back to meet us. I fully expected to see lycra guy waaaaaaaaaaaaaay out front, but no, it was a couple of young boys running in jandels, followed by a very fit looking old man wearing a coast to coast singlet, a really serious runner. Lots of others followed before we caught sight of lycra man again
