    Price advice wanted

Ok, so I made this table out of an old pallet that I got from our local RD1 store, and am thinking of maybe selling a couple or three. I know nothing about what people would be willing to pay for stuff like this, wifey says they would sell well, but what would she know. So if anyone out there knows anything about garden furniture please feel free to opinionate, all thoughts and opinions treated with the upmost respect.

PS. If it looks like shit, please feel free to say so, I,m a big boy.

'fraid I can't help you with price, but it's a damn good piece of work I reckon!

What's the cost of materials and time spent?

You could target the whole "recycled wood and saving the world" purchasing group...I'm sure they'd pay

Cheers. I have had a look at some of the garden furniture in places like miter 10, fuck that stuff is expensive, and boring as fuck too. IMO.

Yeah, I think it is some sort of Indonesian hardwood, may not go down well with the greenies.

I don't see why you couldn't get $40-50 for it. It's a pretty neat little table.

I made a toy train once out of old NZ native timber off cuts which I thought was ok, we had a garage sale and a lady saw it and offered me $300 for it. It was not even part of the sale, but I sold it anyway.

Barbeque tables are very expensive to buy, and expensive to make too, if you have to buy the timber. We were looking at buying a chook house a while back, and I was shocked at the price of the things, ended up building my own, way cooler than any that I saw advertised, and it only cost about $10 bucks for some hinges. It even has a mirror in it to keep the chookys amused.
