    Alloy or even a carbon fibre with a hole in it will look at anything

    See your local dealer and ask if they have any old mufflers from bikes they've replaced with flash ones.

    And TYGA performance has carbon skins. Worth looking at if they have a size to suit.

    I've been playing with some stock Suzuki mufflers. They're useless once you cut them apart. They're built solid! Stay away from them.

    Those Hornet cans are real easy to get a sweet note and no resistance from. 50ish mm hole saw up the outlet side. Whack the middle with a hammer to break the baffle loose, and pull it out. Free flowing muffler. Boom!

    I normally make my own mufflers. I made all the ones in the pics above. I have also repaired a lot of mufflers for people.
    This time i cant be facked theres a bit of time in doing it. Just thought id see what people had lying around but I'm to inpatient so bought a new muff off eBay.
    its for a gsx so have to make the link pipe no biggie and is a after market type
