Our first trip up there Nov 2011 only half walked down to the lighthouse, the rest stayed at the carpark. Anne made it down in a MOONBOOT and back up, unaided

Me, Ikiebikie and sorrelboy and pillion also looking at heading that way Easter. Staying Whangarei, Friday night, Waitangi Saturday up to Cape Reinga and back to Omapere on the Sunday back to Hams Monday. Might see you on the road?? Watch out for the old CB and old GB and WAVE
