So according to the book of proverbs, if you give me your mx5, then some other generous bugga is gonna give you another neat car.

LOL!!! Not quite that way. The message throughout is to care for each other. 1 John, 3:17 "But whoever has this world’s means for supporting life and beholds his brother having need and yet shuts the door of his tender compassions upon him, in what way does the love of God remain in him? 18 Little children, let us love, neither in word nor with the tongue, but in deed and truth"[/I]

Just giving away your possessions to anyone in the expectation others will give theirs to you is unrealistic.

If I speak in the tongues[a] of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal.

Good luck with the sale Ed. Proper fun little toy to have, great daily driver too.
Me, personally, I enjoy the AW11 MR-2 experience a bit more, even though an MX-5 is technically superior, the AW11 just gives me the horn while driving.

I remember the first road test of one, they took it around the East Cape and thoroughly enjoyed it! They're a good fun car in the same category. Affordable fun for real roads!

They are the hardest car to get in and out of, Anne had when I first met her. I feel they are for the women folk though, like the Gladius and/all cruisers.
Which by contrast, are easy to get on an off of..

A mate of mine is selling a project one, sadly I haven't got the garage space it's the straightest one I've seen for years. He's just picked up a supercharged one too, very grouse cars

soul, ed, while i am animated by one, i am not one, nor even claiming to represent one, fat or otherwise.

i take it then you're accepting of the other terms (the 5$). i'll come past and pick it up next week eh. might even water your roses while i'm there.

((we do want pics of mr &mrs ed in their caps))

Illogical. You don't have a soul, you are a soul. All breathing creatures are souls. Another religious myth and false teaching by the churches, sorry. How can you fatten the non-physical, physically?

If you add a few zeros to your offer you may have a chance.
