rx8's were the worst of the Rotary's in my opinion, with the exception of Madmikes rx8, although he too does not really think much of it...

Fair enough but good luck finding a RX7 that hasn't been raped by some 'bro' and 'just needs a cert', and I definitely wouldn't pay $7000 for a coupe with 20 year old tech.

I paid just over $6000 for a coupe with 45+ year old technology. (and older...).

Needless to say the only '7' in its designation was '37.

If you're doing that, you may as well get an S2000, because they're actually good.

I'd rather pony up some more and get a turbocharged Audi or similar.

Japanese stuff feels like cheap trash once you've been in one.

You're not serious!!! Surely this is a troll! Perhaps you could buy your Audi and some cheap reliable jap trash to tow it to the garage with!!

Not any more mate. I know a chap who picked a decent one up, urgent sale thing, for $14k.
They go well, and don't feel cheap like most other Jap toys.

In my experience VW audi and mercedes parts are cheaper than toyota and honda parts, and about on par with Nissan bits.

Speaking of eurojunk, what did you think of the peugeot convertible....
Riding cheap crappy old bikes badly since 1987
