Dustproof / waterproof / drop proof camera recommendations please!

I have a Go Pro to look after videos but I am looking for a stills camera (preferably one I can use with gloves on...)

Apparently the Nikon AW 110 is glove friendly...

I can take my gloves off if i really need to for the right camera

For a dust proof water proof drop proof camera I'd recommend and 'olympus Tough' it's a point and shoot and the image quality is not amazing but it is highly regarded as a strong camera for people who tend to break things a lot. My brother is an industrial abseiler and hangs on ropes from oil rigs etc and he rates this camera for the extreme conditions he is working in (he has to photograph repairs on structures at sea or inside chimney stacks that kind of thing).

cant comment on the use with gloves thing.

oh it's not stupidly expensive either.

I bought a Fujifilm Finepix XP20 a while ago. I got it because I wanted a small, rugged and waterproof camera. It's gotta 5x optical zoom and shoots at 14 megapixels.

Compared to my ancient Olympus 4 megapixel camera the pics are not as good. You can use it with gloves but because of where the lens is you'll get the odd shot of your finger. At the moment it's doing the job (stuffed in pocket on Adv rides) for me.

    Sample pics (shrunk of course):

I've had one of these the last 6 months- SONY TX-10

Sony DSC-TX10, price is similar to the ones mentioned above. I bought it after reading many comparison reviews, they seem to come out on top (in it's class) for picture clarity, battery life, ease of use, compact in size, waterproof, rugged construction etc.
16mp, 4 x optical zoom, nice clear 1080 hd video.
Great compact little point and shoot, good zoom, and good in low light conditions.
It has touch screen functions, so best using without gloves on, but otherwise very happy with it.
Definitely waterproof in salt and fresh water, but not keen to test it's toughness capabilites, rather not chance it.
