    Unhappy Firefox versus Bikepoint

Does anybody else running Firefox 1.0.6 have problems logging onto the Bikepoint site? Everytime I try I get a bunch of Firefox error messages and then it (Firefox) shuts down. No problems anywhere else, stable as.

It may be something to do with your pop up settings.

Australian Consolidated Press believe that Netscape is the most popular choice for customers on their site.
They cross platform test on that browser and offer support for it exclusively.
If you report the problem they will advise you to DL and employ Netscape.

I huffed and puffed and threatened to yank advertising over this policy.
There it was: Big Dave v Kerry Packer. Guess they still only support netscape huh.

    Could be one of those.
    I've no problem.

Firefox is actually based on the netscape api and runtime library....

If its causing a crash I suggest getting the latest CVS nightly build and also dissabling javascript to see if that is the fault.

After going for the "power" button, things seem to have sorted themselves. It's all witchcraft, I tell you!

Typical. Time to get a computer with unlimited uptime...

It fair pisses me off sometimes using an operating system that requires a restart to change the specs on only one running process...
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

Sounds like standard computer wishes to be difficult syndrome
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods
