That is true. Clinchers & spoilers are really frustrating but whether your clinching or taking cheap shots it's part of the game.

Can't remember his name but their was a top boxer a few years ago, Pom I think, who had a real penchant fo nut shots.

Anyhoo, 10 rounds.... I'm gutted. Glad it turned into a proper fight, though.

I'd be happy if SBW just gave up the title, He has no claim on it.

And whoever cut the fight short needs to be identified, and then put in the ring with botha.

Dirty fighting is one thing, A dirty orginisation is a whole different story.

What I don't understand is why cheap shots and low blows are okay by some here who diss SBW? I call it cheating and if someone can't win a fight fairly they can't win at all.

Botha sounds more like a street brawler than a boxer and maybe not sure of his actual boxing skills.

They're not OK; that's why Botha had a point deducted. Holding on is also not OK; that's why SBW had a point deducted. Poor quality boxing all round

Just saw the end of the fight on TV news ... a step too far for SBW ... Botha (the bover boy) was robbed ... not a good look for boxing! (IMHO)

How do they get away with these sorta things?

The fight was advertised as 12 x 3 min rounds, glad I didn't spend my money! (I was tempted)

Coopers punch looked to be a good one, haven't seen the rest of that fight either, ... too many fly by nighters organising boxing tournaments these days!

BTW I am not a SBW hater, he has immense footy skills and to stand in a boxing ring with thousands watching is pretty brave and not hiding away or big mouthing.
