    Ignition switch lube?

What would you use to free up an ignition switch that is a little sticky - probably due to thousands of gallons of water getting into it over time.

I have tried "Dry Glide" - a silicone lube that usually fixes everything but it only lasts a couple of days and it's dry again.

Any ideas? Graphite? Whale Oil? Melted down Human Fat?

Yep, WD40 works for me. Hey, if it's good enough for NASA, I'm sure Mr Suzuki would approve

Whatever you try ... if it sticks a bit now. It only delays the inevitable ... and you'll soon get sick of "fixing" it ...

If it can be taken apart ... do it. If it can't ... start looking for a new one. While you have time.
