It's a 91, running a quadcam 3 litre from a lexus and a celica S53 gearbox with taller ratios. I actually dragged it out after not driving it for 2 years last night. Washed it, set up the subwoofer properly and got the in dash TV working right. It's a VERY fun car and sounds the absolute tits on mountain backroads. Been ages since I've taken a pic, these are probably 2 years old. Has different lights, wheels, bumper and stuff now.

    Science fact, I love purple.
Take out the daft subwoofer and all the other useless noise-creating gizmos and biff the waste-of-space TV and I would have it!

Whooor would you look at that:

Dave, Dave, Dave, you know not all of us old farts can fold up onto a sports bike. I still prefer to have a air bag and a roll cage when I feel the need for speed.

hey Flip, that little car of yours is not the easiest of beasts to get into.
But by crikey, a lot of fellas on here would so love to sit in the passengers seat...... let them guess. lol

I think is one of the very very real little sports cars that Brittan produced.

Ahh this thread is still going??

Well I have had a ride in the 111, but I have to say the TZ is considerably more appealing sorry mate. Besides Phil, that isn't a sports bike Its a race bike!

TV is an intergrated GPS, music player with touchscreen/menus, reverse camera, picture viewer and organizer, handsfree bluetooth for my phone. It does pretty much everything. I have plans to perhaps run standalone with ITBs, grab an old laptop to strap under the dash then run a USB to the in dash unit. This would give me everything on a touchscreen layout from my average MPG to my 0-60 times.

I also like my subwoofer, I try keep it fairly low and undistorted. Hard to hear over the exhaust which likes to blowout all the time.

I'll have a Plymouth Satelite, chopped, matt black, with fat feet and no chrome.
Then point me towards where the bunny racers like to hang out

(71 coupe would do, but other models also)
    Or a El Camino ute,
or a tunnel rammed 57 Chevy,
or a XT Gt for shits n giggles,
or a , damn, just flipped me load..............

You're thinking of the X-Type, which was FWD.

The XJ incl the R (X350, 356 and 358) was a different beast.

Wow. The point of this thread has been mistaken over the years.

Maybe the title should have read: life's too short to drive cars. Avoids the confusion.

No disrespect stylo, shitty position to be in. My wife was almost a widow when I went to bed with a worsening cold (or so I thought) and didn't wake up.

I'm just starting to ride after over a year. And in love with it.
    Hence the dredge.

Ride your bikes while you can guys is the sentiment of this thread.

This thread is not about cars. Ironic considering it is a motorcycle forum no?

Perhaps if you stamp your feet a bit louder people might take notice.
