it's okay bro, the govt-courts-cops have a massive budget, they'll find the guys that did it, recover your gear and they'll be charged with burglary and given appropriate sentences which will inspire them to the rightful ways of society and they'll never harm any one else again.
just sit tight bro, the system cares about you, so let it work...

Be prepaired for them to come back sometime over the next month once your insurance has paid out an you have some new gear for them to steal.

Take the time to get a couple of dogs or 5,a motion sensing alarm system and a shotgun.

    Good luck.

A motion sensor and/with lights is a good start.

I once wired up a high pressure water sprinkler to come on the same time as the lights.

    Very effective ...

Commercial job I have been working on had their new mains cable severed on fri night and about a dozen ali dive bottles pinched as well. The mains had a coil of about eight metres ready to be attached and livened, but they just hacksawed it off. They prob will get about twenty bucks scrap and it will cost up to a grand to repair.
