Night Dragon Tyres - bad vibration

Vulcan Nomad, just had new rear night dragon fitted along with new steering head bearings replaced, the bike especially two up has some serious vibration, enough to make your teeth vibrate, but not violent, I'm not sure how to describe it, but makes the mirrors, GPS ect, blur, the wife on the back likened it to a "tens" machine, both of us found a couple of hours ride enough.

My question is, is this the rear out of alignment, or could it be something to do with the bearing replacement, going back to the shop this week, I've always been happy with the workshop and the standard of their work. Could this be an issue with the manufacture of the tyre itself. Went from the M880 to this tyre on their recommendation, but the bike at present is not an enjoyable ride.
Don't judge me based upon your ignorance.

Easy to check with only two things altered. Rear balance or physical application of putting it back in (ie something is not tigntened correctly etc) or steering bearings. Shop should sort for you.
