I need some brake fluid resistant tube

I need to relocate the master cylinder on my VFR and therefore need a lenght of hose to go between the master cylinder and the reservoir.

Where do I buy some of that shit tomorrow morning?

Also i need some Dot 4 brake fluid: recommendations?

    a) steal it off something else

Most bike shops/wreckers sell brake lines of most lengths. Just figure out how long the hose needs to be.

Any of the bike shops will have Dot 4 in brand names.

I've been running the 5.1 for a couple years. Higher boiling point and it says compatiable with all systems. A full bleed if changing of course.

Motul 5.1 Brake Fluid is the latest generation of dot-approved brake fluid. It surpasses dot 3 and dot 4 standards. Motul 5.1 is a non-silicone fully synthetic formula specially deisgned for non-ABS and ABS braking systems. Its low viscosity formula makes it easy for the fluid to travel into the tiny passages and micro-valves of an ABS system, even at low temperatures! This brake fluid is fully compatible with DOT 3 and DOT 4 fluids.

Just about ANY rubber tubing should work - after all, most of the brake seals etc are rubber.

No, just about every rubber hose will not work, most will weep, some will break down completely. Fuel line at a pinch, proper res hose or Tygon 4375 for the win. Come see me next Saturday and I'll find you a bit.

Use 4 or 5.1, you probably won't find 3 for sale, you can get it at any garage or I'll sell you some.
