Well, well, well. Guess who got a passout™ ...

Since I've finally scored a job, I get to go out. Jolly nice of Gini considering it's her birthday and all ...

Be seeing a number of you on Sunday then.

I guess I'm going in the medium group, as Gini's promised to drag me back from wherever I go if I kill myself trying to stay with some of the fast guys again (yeah cheers Frosty for talking to her mate ).

Oh well, better not fuck myself up as I start work next week...
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

I'm facing a dilemma here... which group? Normally not too much of a problem, but being 2-up this time and I don't often ride with a pillion... If I go with the slow ones it'll lessen my enjoyment of the day... if I go with the fast ones, I'll get castrated. Wonder what the medium pace will be like?

Why not? 10am at Challange Pauatahanui - well over the road from it, there is a good parking place.

I antcipate having a pillion so will be riding accordingly

    latest forecast...

... is looking good . In fact Welly and Waiararapa are going to be "best spot in the country" ( Lead Forecasters words) as the South cops a southerly and snotty weather up North we will be in the lull. N.W winds due to be strong for a while Sat then dying out leaving Sunday fine.

Any clues as to what the 'new machine' is (apart from its stealthy qualities)?
