    2-10-lunch

Hello, I'm in Oamaru today (Got snowed on in CHCH yesterday - )

Thought I would throw this idea in - re lunch on this ride - the F/Fish can be swamped when a large group turn up. On a recent ride with a group quite a few people went over to the Pukemanu Pub and had a reasonable feed. Perhaps we could let them know we are coming. Paul etc any comments??

Good point Sels, and being one of those that wandered over to the Tavern, I can recommend the food wholeheartedly.

    Yep - seconded.
I way prefer the idea of a decent pub kai than an overpriced cafe. Book her in eh.

I'll bring the 400 so I'll be even slower after lunch.

Tell you what, you take the R6 for a strop.

The Puke sounds like a great idea.

The other options were fush 'n chups in the square or a BBQ somewhere...but the pub sounds grand.

I'll give them a call the week before we ride out and let them know we're coming.
It looks like we've got around 20 KBers signed up and my brother in law & father in law (along with their pillions) are coming too.
